My work focuses on helping people understand the relationship between their nervous system, their relationships, and the life they are building.
Many of the challenges people experience from stress, burnout, relationship struggles, uncertainty about direction are not simply problems of motivation or discipline. They often emerge from the way our nervous systems respond to pressure, expectations, and relational environments.
Through somatic coaching and structured conversation, I help people develop awareness, regulation, and practical strategies that support meaningful personal growth. My approach integrates nervous system awareness, trauma-informed principles, and reflective dialogue to support change that is both thoughtful and embodied.
Embodied Coaching
Embodied coaching focuses on understanding how the body and nervous system influence our emotions, behaviours, and decision-making. Rather than focusing only on thoughts or goals, this work explores how your nervous system responds to stress, connection, uncertainty, and life transitions.
Sessions may include:
• developing awareness of nervous system states
• learning regulation tools for stress and overwhelm
• identifying patterns that influence relationships and behaviour
• exploring how the body responds to different environments and pressures
• building capacity for grounded decision-making
This approach helps people move from simply managing stress to developing a deeper understanding of how they function as a whole person.
Nervous System & Emotional Regulation
Many people experience cycles of overwhelm, shutdown, or persistent anxiety without fully understanding why. In these sessions we explore how the nervous system responds to modern life — including work stress, relationship dynamics, uncertainty, and social pressure.
Together we work to:
• identify personal stress patterns
• develop practical regulation strategies
• build emotional resilience
• increase capacity for calm, connection, and clarity
This work is especially helpful for people who feel like they are constantly “on edge,” exhausted, or stuck in repeating stress cycles.
Relationship & Personal Growth Coaching
Relationships (romantic, family, and social) are often where our nervous systems become most activated. These sessions focus on understanding relational patterns, boundaries, communication dynamics, and the ways our nervous systems shape how we connect with others.
Topics may include:
• navigating dating and relationship dynamics
• developing healthy boundaries
• understanding attachment and relational patterns
• improving communication and self-expression
• building relationships that feel safe and energizing
This work is not about giving advice on what you “should” do. It is about helping you develop the clarity and capacity to make decisions that align with your values.
Life Transitions & Personal Direction
Career shifts, relationship changes, identity transitions, or personal reinvention can be deeply destabilizing periods of change. My background in both technology systems thinking and embodied practice allows me to help people think clearly about life direction while also supporting the emotional and nervous system challenges that often arise during change.
Sessions may focus on:
• navigating uncertainty or major life decisions
• rebuilding direction after burnout or transition
• reconnecting with personal values and desires
• developing sustainable approaches to growth
