What this notice covers

This site has one form: the expression-of-interest form on the onboarding page. This notice covers what that form sends, what happens to it afterwards, and what you can ask me to do with it. Reading the site itself does not create an account, set a cookie, or start a profile about you.

What you send, and why

The form asks for four things: your name, your email address, which coaching option you are interested in, and — if you choose to include it — a short answer to what you would like to be different in your life as a result of coaching. It also records that you have read the scope of coaching.

That is all. I ask for nothing about your health, your history, or anyone else, and the form says so in the place where people usually add it.

The purpose is narrow: to reply to you, and to understand enough to say honestly whether I think the work is a good fit. Your answer is not used for anything else, and it is not added to any list.

How it reaches me

The form posts to a small function hosted with the rest of this site on Cloudflare Pages. That function checks the message for obvious spam, then sends it as an ordinary email through Resend, an email delivery service. The email arrives in my own mailbox, where I read it.

So your message passes through two providers on the way: Cloudflare, which hosts and serves this site, and Resend, which delivers the email. Both process the message because that is what delivery requires. Neither is a marketing platform, and neither is given anything beyond what is needed to carry the message.

What is stored

This site has no database, no customer-relationship system, and no client portal. Nothing you send is written to storage belonging to this website.

What exists instead is email. Your message sits in my mailbox the way any other email does, and it stays there until I delete it. My working practice is to keep an enquiry while a conversation is live or likely to continue, and to delete it once it is not. I am not going to promise a specific retention period, because a small practice does not run to that kind of schedule, and a promise I could not keep would be worse than the honest version.

Two technical details are worth stating rather than hiding:

• Your IP address is used inside the function for spam prevention. If the optional rate-limiting storage is enabled for this site, a short-lived counter tied to that address is held for about an hour and then expires; it is not a record of who you are, and it is not linked to your message.
• Cloudflare, as the host, processes ordinary request data such as your IP address and browser type in its own service logs, under its own policies. That happens on every website they serve, and it is outside what I can inspect or control.

Who else is involved

Cloudflare hosts the site and runs the enquiry function. Resend delivers the enquiry email. Both are service providers acting to make the site work; neither is permitted to use your message for their own marketing.

Nothing is sold, rented, or shared for advertising. There is no analytics service, no advertising network, no tracking pixel, and no third-party script on any page of this site. The font, the stylesheet, and every asset load from this domain.

What I do not do

There is no mailing list, no newsletter, and no automated sequence. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to anything, and you will not receive marketing email from me. If we speak and you decide not to continue, nothing further is sent to you.

I do not publish, quote, or describe individual enquiries anywhere, and I do not use them as case studies or testimonials.

Your choices

Email me at the address below and I will:

• tell you what I hold that relates to you, if anything;
• correct it if it is wrong;
• delete it, including a message you regret sending.

You do not need to give a reason. I will confirm when it is done rather than leaving you guessing. One limitation worth naming plainly: I can delete email from my own mailbox, but I cannot reach into a service provider's backups or logs, and nothing here overrides a legal obligation to retain something.

Boundaries worth knowing

The form is not monitored for urgent or crisis contact, and it is not a secure channel for clinical detail. Please do not send diagnoses, medical records, or an account of trauma through it — not because the information is mishandled, but because email is the wrong medium for it, and the form exists to start a conversation rather than to hold one.

This notice describes the practice as it currently operates. It has not been certified against any particular privacy regulation, and I would rather say that than imply a compliance status I cannot substantiate. If you need that assurance before sending something, write to me and ask rather than assuming.

Questions

Privacy questions, correction requests, and deletion requests all go to the same place: [email protected]. I aim to respond within three business days, the same as any other message.
