Beginning coaching
Let’s explore working together.
This begins a conversation: about what you are interested in, how I work, and whether we would be a good fit to work together. It asks for your name, an email address, which option interests you, and — if you want — a sentence or two about what you would like to be different.
Nothing is booked, charged, or reserved by sending this — and it does not commit you to beginning.

What happens after you send this
-
It comes to me
Straight to my inbox. No assistant, no automated sequence, no mailing list.
-
I reply personally
I aim to respond within three business days, saying whether I think the work is a fit and what I would suggest next.
-
We work out the next step
That may be a short exchange by email, a paid session, or a referral elsewhere if that is more appropriate. It depends on your situation and on what I can offer at the time.
-
You decide
If we go ahead, the practical terms are sent in writing before anything is paid. If it is not a fit, that is a normal and acceptable outcome.
The full statement of what coaching does and does not cover lives on the pilot page. Read the scope of practice.
Cancellation, refunds, and how long the package can be used are published on the pilot page. Read the practical terms.
What this is, and what it is not
This is not a clinical intake. I do not need your history, a diagnosis, or an account of the hardest thing that has happened to you in order to reply to a message. If we end up working together, we will get to know each other at a pace you set, in conversation.
You do not need to know which option you want, or what you want to work on, or how to describe it. Many people arrive with a sentence along the lines of: something is not working and I cannot quite say what. That is a perfectly good place to begin.
You also do not need to have decided anything. Expressing interest is not a purchase, it does not reserve one of the pilot places, and it does not guarantee a start date. It starts a conversation, which you can end at any point without explanation.
